"Unyung (hi)! I’m Willbliss Kim (they/them) a Heart-Mender, or a trauma-informed bodily autonomy birthworker. I am a brown Korean adoptee, pangender, multi-spirited, and queer. I am a trans Dad to 2 preteens who are my closest teachers. Child rearing on purpose is simultaneously one of the most healing and challenging experiences in my life. Each moment triggering a traumatic body memory is another opportunity to untangle the knots in my past and allow myself to be nurtured.
When not heart-mending or caring for my children, I enjoy being outside, making art, herbal medicines, eating anything in sight, and most of all, I enjoy sleeping!! I am passionate about collective healing, collective action, and collective knowledge, and my present body of work is to reclaim my body from white supremacist cisheteropatriarchy and be present for the joy of moments shared."
