Emma Sleeman (she/her/hers) is the Social Media Specialist for the Institute of LGBT Studies. She is a sophomore acting major at the University of Arizona and is originally from Leesburg Virginia. Growing up queer and seeing a lack of representation of the LGBT community in shows, books, and media alike sparked her passion for using media to share queer stories and make people of any gender or sexuality feel heard. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, meditation, reading, painting, and spending time in nature with friends.
